Come in and learn more about all the programs and activities that are offered THE DOOR IS OPEN!
Project Learn / Power hour is a three part program, Homework Help, Tutoring and Educational Enhancement. Power Hour is a daily program after school from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. that will help youth members do better in school and become self directed learners.
Club Tech is a program designed to teach youth computer skills utilizing computers in every aspect of the club including: resumes for job classes, newsletters, statistics and schedules for sports programs, digital photography and videography, corel draw on the computer, research and homework, writing and typing skills, internet usage and just good old fun games.
Kids in Control is a club for members 8-11 years old. This club is a safe kids club that in many fun ways teaches youth how to be safe on the streets, in their neighborhoods, in their homes and in their lives.
Ultimate Journey will take youth on an excursion that will explore all types of science activities that will assist youth with their understanding of the world around them.
Goals for Growth is a program designed to create opportunities for members to set and achieve goals while focusing on personal development.
Torch Club is a service club for youth ages 11 to 13 to learn to be of service to others as well as learning the democratic process and give youth the opportunity to contribute something of value. Activities will include: Buddy Programs with disabled or homeless, Food & Clothing drives, community cleanups and fun recreational activities as a group.
Keystone Club is a service club for youth ages 14 to 18 designed to help teen members become more productive citizens and leaders. Activities will be carried out in the areas: service to club and community, leadership development, education and career exploration, unity, free enterprise and social.
Music Programs are offered with guitar lessons, piano lessons, drums, chorus, and Glee club. We are pleased to announce our new STATIC THUNDER MARCHING DRUMLINE for all ages.
Arts & Crafts is a program that offers drawing, painting, pottery, ceramics, sculpture and weekly crafts projects for youth of all ages.
Photography is a program designed to teach youth how to take and develop pictures as well as to digitally produce pictures.
Recreation Programs are offered in many forms for youth to enjoy these include: dances, movie nights, trips & tours, tournaments, talent shows, buddy nights, parent nights and special holiday events.
Physical Education Programs many programs and activities are offered in physical education areas that include: basketball, softball, flag football, weightlifting, tumbling, Track & field, tennis, jogging, volleyball, roller hockey, swimming classes, wrestling, double dutch jump roping, soccer, first aid & cpr classes and Karate.
Outdoor Environment Fun these programs include: Garden club, fishing, camping, community beautification programs, recycling programs, adopt a highway programs hiking and animal care programs.
